Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam - September 16, 2026 - Potenso has officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the National Key Laboratory for Digital Control and System Engineering, establishing a strategic partnership to provide high school students with opportunities to gain hands-on experience in real-world engineering.

The collaboration marks a significant step toward giving young learners early exposure to professional engineering environments and practical technical applications. Under the partnership, students will have the opportunity to participate in selected projects spanning mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, and biomedical engineering.
Fostering the Next Generation of Engineers
The National Key Laboratory for Digital Control and System Engineering (DCSELab), affiliated with Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology – Vietnam National University Ho Chi Minh City, is a leading research and technology development center specializing in digital control and systems engineering, mechatronics, telecommunications, information technology, automated mechanical systems, and industrial engineering.
With a strong focus on translating research into real-world applications, DCSELab undertakes specialized projects across critical sectors, including fire prevention and firefighting, healthcare, homeland security, and industrial applications. The Laboratory also focuses on advancing emerging technologies, adapting technological solutions to Vietnam’s specific needs and conditions, and supporting technology transfer to drive continuous research, development, and innovation.
As interest in engineering and technology continues to grow among high school students, opportunities to access professional environments and gain practical experience remain limited. Through this partnership, DCSELab and Potenso aim to help bridge this gap by connecting students with real-world engineering challenges.
Through hands-on projects and exposure to advanced technical environment, the initiative will enable students to move beyond theoretical learning, develop practical engineering and problem-solving skills, and gain a deeper understanding of how technology is developed to address real-world challenges.
A Shared Commitment to Practical Learning
Through the partnership, both organizations will contribute complementary expertise to create a meaningful and structured learning experience for high school students:
The National Key Laboratory for Digital Control and System Engineering will lead the academic direction and select mechanical and engineering projects aligned with students’ capabilities, combining academic rigor with practical application.
Potenso will lead student outreach and engagement, connecting motivated students with specialized engineering opportunities and supporting their learning journey.

Both organizations will collaborate on joint branding and community outreach to promote the value of practical technical education and expand access to meaningful engineering experiences for young learners.
Looking Ahead
The partnership represents a shared commitment to creating sustainable pathways for young people to explore engineering and technology from an early stage. By combining DCSELab’s academic and technical expertise with Potenso’s experience on student engagement, program design and orchestration, the two organizations aim to provide young learners with meaningful opportunities to gain practical experience, strengthen their technical capabilities, and develop the problem-solving mindset needed for the future of technology and innovation.
