Hanoi, March 25, 2026 - Potenso has formally entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with New Rose City Consult (NRCC), representing a pivotal advancement in enhancing international cooperation in education. This agreement embodies a mutual goal to close the divide between academic instruction and practical application by establishing programs that link students, educational institutions, and industry stakeholders across different countries.

In an era where conventional educational frameworks are facing increasing scrutiny, both entities are uniting their efforts to advocate for more pragmatic, experience-oriented learning methodologies. A key focus of this partnership is the incorporation of Community-Engaged Learning (CEL) and Project-Based Learning (PBL), two strategies that prioritize experiential learning, interdisciplinary collaboration, and active participation in real-world scenarios. By integrating these methodologies into STEAM and business education, the partnership seeks to prepare students not only with theoretical knowledge but also with the competencies necessary to tackle intricate, real-world issues.

In addition to the development of programs, both parties aim to cultivate a wider ecosystem of engagement by including faculty members, mentors, and stakeholders from various sectors. Workshops, forums, and initiatives focused on innovation are anticipated to be instrumental in promoting dialogue and collaboration among participants from a variety of backgrounds.

Through these efforts, the partnership seeks to establish a vibrant learning environment that transcends the classroom and extends into practical, real-world applications.

Each organization will bring its unique strengths to the collaboration. NRCC will lead the way in incorporating community-engaged learning frameworks and will work closely with academic institutions, industry leaders, and public sector partners in Oregon, United States. Additionally, its responsibilities will encompass supporting program design and fostering partnerships that amplify the reach and effectiveness of the initiatives.

Potenso, conversely, will utilize its networks in both Vietnam and the United States to facilitate access for students and academic communities. The organization is set to play a pivotal role in coordinating project-based learning teams, supporting applied research initiatives, and ensuring the effective execution of programs within local contexts.

Together, both parties will co-design and implement practical, globally-oriented programs. By creating opportunities for learners to directly engage in solving real-world problems, this partnership aims to cultivate a generation that is not only grounded in knowledge but also capable of making a positive impact on communities and society at large.
